MarketPublic is recruiting consumers - people like you who enjoy eating and drinking out in pubs and restaurants - to join our growing database of over 8000 members.

As a mystery shopper member you will be invited to visit a pub or restaurant, and enjoy a meal or a drink for free.

As a consumer, your view is important to the managers of the places you visit which is why we can make this offer. With our growing database of people all over the UK we are well positioned to offer these services to single pubs and restaurants right through to the national chains.

Our members are really important to us. If you sign-up we will keep you informed of progress and run fun competitions that you can enter!

how it works

Apart from the visit, everything is done on our website. You'll receive emails about visits, log-in to your private member area and accept the visit.

As soon as you're accepted you'll be sent all the information you need to visit the pub or restaurant.

On the day you select, walk in as a normal consumer, buy food and drink as directed, and enjoy your time.

When you get home, you simply log-in to your members area, complete the online questionnaire, adding useful comments wherever you can, and submit your expenses. We will of course need a receipt, and will pay you shortly after receiving it.

It's as simple as that. There is no formal training, but you will receive guidance on how to conduct visits and what you need to do. We also have a team of people for any query you may have.
