Using our website the whole process is simple - 24 hours a day.

You set up outlets and arrange visits online. Following each visit you will receive an email telling you that a report has been filed. By logging into your secure client area you will be able to see how well your venue performed against your questionnaire. As well as seeing the results and a graphical representation, you'll also receive valuable comments on why a result was given.

You can use standard questionnaires or build your own using our online builder. All of your reports are stored online, so you can choose to view them at any time.
